Prepare and Enrich offers both premarital and marital curriculum that have been assisting more than 4 million couples for over 40 years. The curriculum is a customized assessment-based program which focuses on 12 areas of compatibility. This highly effective program offers in session and outside of session homework as well.

The curriculum is a customized assessment-based program which focuses on 12 areas of compatibility. This highly effective program offers in session and outside of session homework as well.
The curriculum will enable you and your partner to:
• Examine relationship strength and growth areas
• Enhance your communication skills, including active listening and assertiveness
• Better resolve conflicts by utilizing the “Ten Steps Procedure”
• Explore families-of-origin issues with the “Family and Couple Map”
• Create a realistic budget and financial plan
• Develop short term and long term personal, couple, and family goals

I currently offer Christian premarital counseling services nationwide via Zoom. If you are looking for an effective six week premarital counseling course, Prepare & Enrich can help committed couples "gain a deeper understanding of dynamics, personality, stress and strength and growth areas."

I currently offer Christian premarital counseling services nationwide via Zoom. If you are looking for an effective six week premarital counseling course, Prepare & Enrich can help committed couples "gain a deeper understanding of dynamics, personality, stress and strength and growth areas."
I am a certified facilitator of this curriculum and utilize it with couples who need assistance walking through premarital or marital issues. This is a six-week curriculum with sessions being an hour and a half each. Each 90 minute session is $75. I currently only offer my services via Zoom.

Perspective & Experience
I earned my undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies at Colorado State University where I met and married my husband of over 28 years. Post-graduation, I attended Lewis and Clark College and earned my Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology. During this time, I provided advising, career counseling, and
I earned my undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies at Colorado State University where I met and married my husband of over 28 years. Post-graduation, I attended Lewis and Clark College and earned my Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology. During this time, I provided advising, career counseling, and individual counseling services at Portland Community College. I additionally met with couples and groups in a traditional counseling office setting. Upon graduation, we moved back to the Boulder area where I worked as an advisor and career counselor at CU Boulder. I also counseled individuals and couples, as well, in a private practice setting in Longmont, Colorado.
